A native of Wilmington, Chaquandia “Quan” Bell has always been passionate about real estate in her hometown. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with two bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Statistics, which gives her a competitive edge in the real estate market due to her skills in research and analytics. Quan has also worked for one of the largest global retailers/fortune 500 companies for over a decade. Over the years, she has learned her successful recipe formula of customer service which is excellent quality, brand, customer satisfaction, and pricing. Quan has been a pharmacy technician for 14 years and was previously an agent at Keller Williams Realty.

The Wilmington Battleship of North Carolina was her second home, where she was employed from high school through college. During her time at Wilmington’s Battleship, she played many roles based on the business needs and always kept a customer focus mentality.
